We treat them; we don't scrub them. A spray kills the moss, mould and lichen, applied from the ground or a ladder at gutter height, so nobody walks on your roof. Moss and mould go within weeks. Really established lichen takes 3 to 12 months to die and wash off in the rain, so it's a long-term fix for bad roof growth, not a same-day clean. We price it per m² of roof, measured from aerial photos, and text your price before the day. On tank water? Tell us, and disconnect the tank downpipes until after the next good rain.
